 What are your wholesale terms?

Our opening order minimum is $250, and our re-order minimum is $150. Additionally, some products are sold by the pack, set, or bundle; products sold in multiples will include pack/set/bundle information in the cart. If you are interested in using 60-day terms, we ask that you place your order through Faire.

 

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

Our typical order fulfillment time is 11-14 business days; however, some special orders may take additional time. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please email us at: elevateddesignsource@gmail.com.

 

What are your shipping terms?

We typically ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the nature of your order. Once we ship your order, it usually takes about 1-5 business days to arrive.

 

An item from my order got damaged during shipping. What do I do?

We sell items that are fragile in nature, and they sometimes are damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item(s), email us a picture of the damaged item(s) within 5 business days of receipt at: elevateddesignsource@gmail.com. Depending on availability, we may either refund, replace, or credit for the damaged item(s). Damages NOT reported within 5 business days of receipt will not be accepted.

 

Do you accept returns?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

Do you offer retailer exclusivity?

We evaluate retailer exclusivity on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

 

Are your art prints archival?

All of our art prints- canvas and paper- are made using archival, acid-free materials, using UV-stable inks, ensuring quality for years to come.
